Sophos

  1. 2026

Subject matter expert (SME) for all SecOps portfolios globally, across both Sophos and Secureworks. I work very closely with the Product Management teams on the integration and on migrating customers to the Sophos Fusion converged portfolio.

Published the Sophos Fusion MCP server, then more tools on GitHub. The MCP server won the Sophos global sales engineering AI Build Challenge, and I was named ANZ BFF of the Year again, for FY26. Elected to the GTIA ANZ Executive Council, then became chair of its new AI and Emerging Technology Interest Group and co-hosted the group's first roundtable. Presented at Sophos Fusion Unfiltered in Brisbane, and went back to CyberCon with MFA 2.0.

Principal Sales Engineer, Global SecOps, from January. SME for Sophos MDR, incident response, integrations, exposure management and the Advisory Services expansion across ANZ, working with the global SecOps and MDR Product Management team on the vision of the product and service and the integration of the Secureworks portfolio.

Named Sophos ANZ BFF (Better, Faster, Funner) of the Year for FY25, given to the top sales contributor across all sales divisions. Two sessions at AISA CyberCon, Breach to Burnout at the LGIT Conference and Fiji Tech Summit, and war stories at GTIA ANZ.

  3. 2024

Wrote the Sophos MDR self-service proof of concept guide and the threat simulation scripts that let partners and customers watch the service work a real case. Created SecOps Power Hour, an invite-only technical session on security operations for about 40 ANZ partners, piloted in December and run through 2025.

Named Sophos APJ SVP Outstanding Contributor again, for FY24. First AISA CyberCon session: A is for Assume, B is for Breach.

  4. 2023

SME for Sophos MDR, integrations and incident response across APJ through to 2024, working with the global SecOps and MDR Product Management team on the vision of the product and service. Wrote a Microsoft 365 and Entra ID security configuration guide for customers and partners, then in 2024 the Sophos docs page explaining how the Microsoft 365 integration detects account compromise.

Named Sophos APJ SVP Outstanding Contributor for FY23. Joined CompTIA's ANZ Executive Council for two years and completed Microsoft's Security, Compliance, and Identity courses. Spoke at ARN Edge, CISO Sit Down, and executive roundtables in Manila and Canberra.

  5. 2022

Joined Sophos in May. Through to 2023 I worked in Emergency Incident Response as a senior global sales engineer, focusing on Sophos MTR globally as a subject matter expert and escalation point. By 2025 I'd run about 100 emergency incident response calls with organisations facing a live or suspected breach, across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Ran a breakout session at ConnectWise IT Nation.
